Parking, Check-in and Transportation

Check-in starts at 9 a.m. at the Student Recreation Center (Evansdale), Mountainlair Student Union (Downtown) and Mountaineer Station (Health Sciences). Your check-in location is determined by the major you're interested in. Check-in instructions will be available in October.

Free transportation will be provided:

  • 香港六合彩现场开奖网 buses will be available to transport you to the Mountainlair, residence halls, Student Rec Center, Evansdale Crossing and the parking areas. The last bus runs at 4:30 p.m.
  • The (PRT) can take you to one of five stops: Beechurst Avenue, Engineering, Medical Center, Towers or Walnut Street. A 香港六合彩现场开奖网 representative will be at each PRT station to assist you. The PRT runs until 5 p.m.

A map of bus stops, PRT stops and designated parking areas will be provided at check-in.

  • Dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing. You may be traveling between buildings and touring campus.

  • 8:00-9:00 a.m. - Early Bird Offerings: Admissions/Financial Aid Presentation, Downtown Walking Tours, Rec Center Tours, Health Sciences Lab Tours
  • 9:00-9:45 a.m. - Check-in and Light Breakfast
  • 10:00-11:15 a.m. - Welcome and Academic Sessions
  • 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. - Lunch
  • 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. - Walking Tours, PRT Tours, Pop-Up Offices (Admissions/Financial Aid), Mountainlair Street Festival
  • 12:00-4:00 p.m. - Housing Show Rooms Available
  • 1:30-3:00 p.m. - Academic Open Houses and Conversation Sessions
  • 2:00-4:00 p.m. - Info Fair
  • Last bus runs at 4:30 p.m. The PRT runs until 5:00 p.m.
